NLPrachtige locatie, super vriendelijk personeel! Heeerlijk eten.. wij hadden stroomstoring in een van de geboekte kamers, dit is super netjes afgehandeld. Heel fijn!

IDHuge property. A literal hideaway! Theres a hidden library, hidden gym, and theres a rooftop pool & restaurant that was not told when we checked in. Definitely something to check out tho!
It seemed like it was so hectic for staffs. Stayed for 5 days and even on day 4 it seemed like they still had no idea that our room had deposit put in. Also even when you called in room dining it will go to receptionist which is confusing. What you can get from the pool area (on the 5th floor) is not the same with in room dining and you have to specifically ask for it. Staffs don’t seem to understand English very well. Some don’t even know what coffee means.

AUThe Orient Jakarta absolutely exceeded our expectations. The photos of the hotel were excellent, but often when you arrive, the 'real thing' isn't quite as good. This was completely opposite - the 'real thing' was even better than the already impressive photos. The concierge staff were absolutely fantastic and Robin, in particular, assisted me greatly in shipping out 14 work-related parcels by courier across Jakarta. His efforts went above and beyond and were of enormous assistance to me. The rooms are fabulous and beds are very comfortable.
