Spacious, comfortable, easy access to train station. Reception staff were helpful.

There’s no latch inside the room. I was inside the room and the housekeeping team opened my door unannounced, and said they wanted to clean my room. After that they told me they went to the wrong room. It was traumatizing.

Está súper apartado de todo lo turístico, menos mal que los taxis son relativamente baratos, el hotel está bastante sucio en general y es bastante caro para lo que ofrece

The location of the hotel was fantastic and within walking distance is places to eat and bars. The staff spoke good English and gave us information on the area for best places to eat. The lotte Tower/mall is about 5 min walk. We used a local bus company to take us to Incheon Airport are about 10 mins walk to the stop. On the 2nd floor you find snacks & drinks as that was nice.

We could done with a better view as it was just the side of another building. it can be noisy outside in the early hours but it did not bother me.
