The hotel is pretty new and modern. The location is not really close to the airport as described. The room is simple just good enough for an overnight stay but not for a vacation type of stay. The restaurant is surprisingly have pretty good food. But don’t depend on the shuttle for a trip to the airport. It is cheaper than taxi but they are pretty bad and

Very good.
I had a 15 hour layover and spent the night. The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in at 11:30 pm was fantastic. He gave me advice on where to order food, how to get back to the airport the next day, and even fetched a corkscrew to open the bottle of wine I ordered from ubereats.
More hospitality is shown during our stay especially night dining steward more helpful

Property is new and clean. A 20 min walk to the S-Bann. Decent lobby some very accommodating desk staff
Not enough towels in room. Restaurant bar area only opened to 10. Had to pay for a breakfast buffet no other choice. Had to pay for shuttle service.
It’s not far from Zurich HB there is transportation and the reception was great friendly
