One free (limited choice) beverage per person per stay. Surrounding are having construction which can cause traffic. Hotel is not far away from city center but traffic is terrible and street navigation is not easy even with GPS.
The breakfast was not so good, I miss some stuffs and the variety in sheet pastry and also cheese. The cost is CFH 20, a little high for the quality of the goods.
On day one staff knocked on our door 3 different times despite the do not disturb sign on our door to ask if our room needed cleaning and all 3 times we said NO. The 4th time we still said no and they came in to clean anyways while I was laying on the bed in my underwear. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything. The room sounds like it’s going to shake apart whenever someone walks in the hall or closes their door. Stay anywhere else if you want sleep
They state free airport shuttle, but that is only from the airport to the hotel. You have to pay for the return trip. Also, they did not give us our VIP perks. Otherwise the hotel was good. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

No room service, the phone was not working. Also the food options in the breakfast was very limited. Room size was extremely small and cleaning was not up to the mark
Great reception staff. Bed was comfortable. Rooms clean and well maintained. The WiFi was not connecting, perhaps user error. The breakfast was not very satisfying.
Helpful staff. Clean comfortable room perfect for a short stay before a flight. Decent bar and restaurant.
The lady at the check in was very friendly but after she left everything took a down turn.
Very new and everything was near by including the airport and the train that literally takes you anywhere
