Good try, some little attentions are nice.

I felt annoyed all my stay. And I left feeling offended. I arrived, and the personnel made me wait. The gym has no trademill. A trademill is the bare minimum for a gym !! So i could not train. The change room has no qtibs, no cotton pads, small brushes, it is a small thing, but it would cost little to put some. The sauna has no timer. Absolutely, everyone who ever tried a sauna knows that you need a little hourglass or a timer. Well, here, there were none. The shower in the change room takes minutes to have hot water, I was frozen waiting for the warm water to arrive. Inside the room, the coffee that you have to ground yourself is a nice idea, but hey !, it costs nothing to put the complicated instructions in English.. but no, it is only in Japanese. There is a side table only on one side of the bed. So where am I supposed to place my water, my glasses and my book? on the floor ?? For breakfast, you must tell them a time by when you'll go. I am on holiday, i do not want to put an alarm !. I want to go whenever I am ready. I find it so unflexible to ask guests to commit to coming at a specific time. And the cherry on the cake: they place the solo travellers on the corner tables while the couples are all set on the middle tables with the view. I found it so discriminated. I pay full price, I want to be treated with all the due respect. At checkout, I asked why they do that, and instead of just apologising and saying it is not intentional and will pay attention to it in the future, No, the lady starts making up a story that the other guest had booked a few months ago... hello, I know they ask for breakfast timing at check-in... so I really don't like to be bullshitted right at my face. It is even more offending. So no, I will not go again. It is a way too expensive hotel when you have to cope with all the inconveniences and the disrespect.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful - it really felt like they went above and beyond. Both pool areas were lovely, the hot tub on our terrace was great for in the evenings and the views, just wow. We also did the chefs table omakase which was an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

breakfast and pool were amazing

The property and pool was spectacular. We also loved the hotel gym, sauna and ice bath offered in the spa pool area of the hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. We planned an excursion and they packed a lunchbox of waters and Pocari Sweats for us. They also provide free transportation to any restaurants or locations that you would like to go on Kouri island. The free beer and snacks for happy hour on the pool was an added touch. Meals at la BOMBANCE were incredible as well.

The only negative (that the hotel can’t control) is that the taxi ride from the airport to the hotel costed us $250 which was painful

今まで滞在したどのホテルより居心地の良い、最高なホテルでした。 今回は、結婚した娘が今迄の感謝としてプレゼントしてくれました。 ジャグジー付の部屋は勿論、スタッフ皆様の接客が本当に素晴らしく、お別れするのが名残惜しかった程です。 朝食も手が凝っていてとても美味しかったです。 帰り際車を用意して頂き、最後まで両手でお見送りくださった支配人、ネパールのキュートなスタッフ様。 余韻を語りつつ出発し、気が付けば車内にはお手紙と冷えたペットボトルやミントキャンディ迄、本当にお心遣いが嬉しかったです。 私は、モルディブの水上コテージに行くのが長年の夢でしたが、もう果たせた気分です。 必ずや戻って来ますので、その時も変わらぬ笑顔をお願い致します。

The room is pretty new but the surrounding of the hotel is not good. The location is not good, the road connected to the hotel is like a graveyard. The breakfast is not good, very limited items and not tasty. Staff keeps on persude us to eat in the hotel's restaurant, very expensive dinner 40,000 yen per person. Overall not recommend this hotel.
