Location and property in general

The apartment was excellent, ideally situated to meet our requirements, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We will certainly consider booking again should future travel plans include Blackpool.

The location was really good to get to the promenade and shops.

The flat was on a very busy road and the windows weren't sealed properly so it was very noisy and cold.The mattresses were some of the most uncomfortable mattresses I've ever come across, huge dip in the middle. Didn't sleep all week. You could hear people drinking and doing drugs on the street right outside the house. The radiators were extremely hot and my child burnt her hand on one of them. The hot water was again extremely hot and very unsafe. The shower was hanging off the tiles and so was the glass door, every time you sat on the toilet seat you slid off it as that was broken as well.The free view TV worked on and off all week so that wasn't great. The oven didn't really heat up that well so it was hard to properly cook food. The blinds were very old and didn't shut properly so it was hard to sleep, don't know why they don't have thick blackout curtains. The whole process of paying the full amount and damage deposit literally on the morning of check-in is ridiculous especially when you're traveling with children. Paying through links etc when you have no WiFi is really hard work. The lady who deals with check in details is extremely un helpful, we arrived at lunchtime and she wouldn't let us check in until gone 3pm even though the whole house was empty and we had a baby with us in NOVEMBER!!!! Most flats are very accommodating when you have a family and ESPECIALLY when it's low season and they have no one in the flats. Didn't really get much help or customer service throughout our stay. I've used these properties 3 times now and we won't be coming back.

Spacious property with a great location, fresh towels and bedding.

The property has blinds throughout, though I personally feel it would benefit from some curtains.

Nice and spacious for all who visited. Two bathrooms which really came in handy. Fully euipped kitchen and sofa beds are really comfy and huge. Owners do stay in touch and give quick responses.

Keep in mind there are two sets of stairs to climb which are quite steep so not accessible for disabled people with limited movement.
