Cazarea. Atat.

Mancarea cu probleme la cina! Ori uleiul si otetul, ori ficateii au avut ceva. Asta lasand deoparte vinul de la alta masa, "pastrat" cu dop de servetel dupa ce a plecat clientul. Micul dejun cu produse scorojite sau de mult pe platouri. Asadar, este un exemplu despre cum managementul local, face de ras un brand international.
