Ontbijt buffet is qua prijs /kwaliteit zeer onder de maat. Ik zou zelfs hierdoor een ander hotel kiezen

"Mooi gebouw, strakke kamer en onaangename incheck"

Mooi gebouw en ruime badkamer

Kamer één grote ruimte met weinig aankleding. Bij een vorig verblijf een andere kamer die duidelijk meer aankleding had en daarmee veel comfortabeler. We kregen bij de receptie de ‘sleutel’ van de kamer. Bij het openen van de deur bleek de kamer al bezet te zijn. We stapten zo bij iemand anders binnen. Heel vreemde en onaangename situatie. Uiteraard excuus aan de receptie maar niet een reactie dat ze er zelf van schrikken dat dit was gebeurd. Heel onaangename situatie.

Osoblje je pristojno i profesionalno.
