"Well maintained hotel just off the highway."

Very good location if visiting friends or family or have business in Cedar Park. Clean hotel located close to main roads. Reasonable seafood restaurant next door. Room was very nice and well maintained. Free breakfast that is ok but not outstanding (the free breakfast at all Hamptons seemed to have taken a step down after Covid and never recovered - IMO). Staff at desk and around property are super nice and on top of any requests. On site parking is free which is great. However, spaces are a bit limited if the property is full so you may need to grab a spot at one of the neighboring hotels which are all very close (probably best to check with front desk first to see if there are issues in using hotel next door to park - it’s was not an issue for us). All in all a good location on a clean well maintained hotel that was also very quiet.

"A great location and friendly staff but need to hire at least an on call maintenance staff"

It was a good location of where I wanted to be and away from traffic.

The toilet in the room was not working properly and there is not a weekend maintenance staff on duty or on call
