"《夜訪沙蟹跟星空》活動體驗不佳，不太推薦。 表定 20:00 開始，結果 19:40 左右就已經開始講解，準時到的人反而錯過內容。手電筒也沒有統一分配，變成先搶先贏，有家庭一次拿好幾支，後面很多人完全沒有。工作人員還直接叫大家用手機手電筒"

海景房可以看海

平日入住體驗很差，fun電室只能玩到19:00，跟官網上公告的21:00有很明顯的落差，工作人員說因為兒童人數入住不足，所以就提早休息，然後門口貼著要全面清潔，其實就是不想開那麼晚，隔天我玩完回來五點多的時候，去櫃檯問今天fun電室到幾點？櫃檯說「查一下」後來說「應該到19:00，因為要全面清潔」，我就說你們昨天也是說這樣，他就問我房號，我想說是要確認我是不是入住兩晚嗎？反正櫃檯就是尷尬！因為對我們特地平日去住的旅客很不公平！我就是衝著遊戲室去的，結果反而沒什麼玩到！ 早餐就跟其他人說的一樣，沒什麼特別的！連牛奶都沒有！這真的超瞎！然後平日的關係，很多都不補了！我們平日的旅客，花了錢卻體驗超差！

喜歡他的地點

5/5 23:12訂兩天的平日5/12-14山景標準房6749，結果5/9顯示5/12或5/13都是2742，比海景房還貴。入住當天下午3點到5點，樓上的三間房間的小孩跑來跑去，不但噪音大，甚至屋子都會震動，忍無可忍5點和櫃檯反應，把房卡留在櫃台，請處理更換房間，但7點半回來，竟然沒有處理。回應是沒有山景房，但我都已經付了比海景房更高的費用了，第二天早上，仍然是小孩跑來跑去的噪音。真的感覺很不舒服，長灘的處理方式強調會跟家長溝通，但小孩來玩就是要讓他活動，如果還有其他的空間，應該幫我們錯開。
