"應該按照訂房網價格收費，到現場才追加費用令人感受不佳"

房間很大，遊戲室設施豐富，小孩玩的非常開心

當我按照訂房人數入住，卻被要求加收費用，這是不好的消費體驗，在訂房網站訂購時輸入人數五大三小，訂了一間雙人床房及日式房，五大三小到現場卻被告知需要再支付700元，才能有足夠的棉被枕頭及床墊，感受很差。 日式房的浴室門是故障的，無法鎖，且會自行滑開。

床墊軟銀適中

Check in 的時候，櫃檯人員有些冷漠，沒有主動告知有哪些設施可使用時，詢問之後，才說可以拍櫃檯上單子。 另外，三溫暖男生的部分維修中，沒有告知，到該場地才發現女生的部分改為大眾池，而且烤箱沒有啟動，裡面是冷的……
