O bom humor e qualidade dos funcionários, as instalações e a decoração do hotel.

Informações desencontradas sobre o evento do jogo de futebol do Brasil. Houve um evento no restaurante Taraz que não foi informado com antecedência na comunicação na semana anterior. Ao chegar, na véspera perguntei se haveria algo. Foi dito que sim e que os hóspedes teriam prioridade. Na verdade já estava esgotado. Está desinformação não poderia acontecer em um hotel do mais alto padrão. Além disso a qualidade das toalhas, apesar de marca boa são de qualidade aquém do esperado de hotéis desta categoria (são finas).

Sempre uma boa experiência , mas creio que a movimentação no hotel precisa de ajustes x hóspedes , ficamos sem privacidade até na recepção.

A movimentação no corredor principal ao sair da recepção , lotada de pessoas estranhas e isso nos faz refletir sobre a segurança do hotel . Muito entra e sai de pessoas , atenção nisso é necessária !

Everything. There was suprise after suprisse. I love how the hotel celebrantes Brazilian culture in the decor. The staff was very helpful.
