Suits are really nice , clean and comfortable.... has all the amenities. Bed was super comfortable

It is the best hotel i have stayed un Guadalajara, it is definitely the hotel i will book every time i go. The hotel team were great with the surprise they prepared for my wife's birthday.

Compré de último momento y me sorprendió. Instalaciones lindas, limpias, buen servicio, tiene un mini gimnasio, la alberca está en el techo y se veía limpia y cómoda. Estuvimos en la habitación básica y tenía cocineta y lavatrastes. En la Recepción hay una máquina de café que está disponible siempre y es gratis

No smart TV in room

Room is large and clean. Bed is comfortable. Does seem quiet. Has a kitchenette.

Directions into the hotel are nonexistent from the parking lot.. You have to enter a mall, go up the stairs to the 3rd floor from steps at the back of the mall, and find a tiny door at the back. The hotel was not as advertised. There is no breakfast. The dog fee is reasonable, but we were told several hours after check-in that we would also be charged a $1,000 pet deposit. Staff is not informative or helpful. In fact, the check-in staff bordered on rude. The room's 'window' opens up onto a conference room. There is a clear view into the room from the conference center. Seems creepy and is a huge privacy concern. Lighting is poor. Do not recommend. For the high price, you can get better. We have stayed at candlewood suites all over, and this is not a good example

Friendly staff

They don’t have enough things for the soccer kids and family to do the pool wasn’t big to hold 18 kids or swim it was a wading pool the 4th floor the kids couldn’t play Jenna or corn hole because they always had dogs up there there were to spaces for the kids to really hang out to be bonding as a team so they had to hang in everyone room which the rooms were small not recommended for more then 5 kids to hang out the maid service they needed to follow the orders of the person staying in rooms when told they don’t need service not to go in they came in and started cleaning around a area and cause a fire in my room and burn my food that was on the counter it could of been all bad if it was of burn my suitcase that was sitting right there because those had my important papers in them to get me back to the us and the walls to the pool aren’t tall enough for the boys not to play around and losing there ball to the church and the church next door said they didn’t have it when we could see where it went the other people staying in rooms opening doors while they cook shell fish was all bad because of people with shell fish allergies cause me to get sick and have to take meds
