Four Bedroom Close to Disney 5149A

Excelente ubicación, con todas las comodidades para un grupo de 8 personas como el nuestro, fue perfecto, cómodo, seguro . ... Todos los utensilios de la cocina buenos y en perfecto estado

Tuvimos inconvenientes con la clave al llegar el primer día a la casa,

Nice house. Spacious, clean with 4 bathrooms. Convenient location for access to Disney, Universal and Outlet malls.

The property management team is highly unresponsive. They take hours to respond. We were stuck outside the house and there was no one responding to us. No one picks up the phone and their whats app contact is useless. No response. They responded after 4 hours by when we had already figured out the problem. Really bad service. Also they provided very limited dishwasher balls and washing machine balls. We had booked for 6 nights so they should have provided accordingly. On requesting additional it was promptly denied.

Location to the activities and access to grocery stores, restaurants was very nice. the space was large enough for our entire group.

Overall it was not very clean, needs a good deep cleaning and paint touch up would be nice. the main bathroom sink and tub drain was very, very slow and constantly backed up. I realize a minimal amount of products such as toilet paper are to be provided, but we had 6 adults staying and only 1 role of toilet paper per bathroom , 2 trash bags (and were expected to take the trash out daily), one package or dishwasher soap and one towel per person, but no washcloths. I feel depending on the size of the party staying and the length of the stay, it would have been nice to have a little more paper products. We had to spend money from the get go on all these things and find time on our very first day to get to the store. We don't normally rent homes and this is one of the reasons, we have to spend more money on necessary supplies, which are normally provided in a hotel. One other thing is we could never get the microwave to work properly, would not heat. We did let the property know, it may have been our error, but if that was the case, I guess some instructions are in need for the use of the microwave.

Very comfortable accommodation. Furnished nicely too. We chose this because we wanted to have enough room for all the family (6 adults + 1 small child) however, we did spend everyday out at the Disney parks. The location was perfect. The hosts messaged us to let us know they were there if we needed any help. The only grip ( which may have been with previous guests not removing their shoes) we had was the carpet looked dirty in places upstairs . This is easily resolved - l would then say it was perfect . The property is in a gated area and has a shared welcoming pool to cool down in at the end of the day.

Some areas of the Carpet upstairs needed a bit more attention.

Everything was super nice but there were so many rules it almost was uncomfortable but everything else was amazing.
