Brand New Lux 2 Bedroom Apartment

That it had 2 bathrooms and a nice kitchen. Loved having my our parking space and it was secure.

It hadn't been cleaned prior to us coming. The fridge had meat blood on the fridge shelf, so we had to clean the fridge. The bathroom was dirty and we had to ring the Ramada staff about this. They got house keeping to clean the place the next day. We had to go and buy some sheets that day because there was dried semen on the sheets. Totally unacceptable. Jackie from Ramada hotel was so helpful and amazing. We appreciated her help. Thank you so much Jackie for everything and for making the rest of our holiday comfortable. You are amazing. They need blackout curtains as the lights from the street shines in. The rugs in the lounge are dirty and old, they need replacing.

Good location

Very noisy outside at night in the carpet next to bedrooms.

Very nice property with all the white ware and kitchen appliances you could ask for. Very handy location for what we were doing and the car park was literally right outside the door in a secure car park.

The water pressure was terrible. If someone else was showering or the toilet was filling up with water there wasn’t enough water pressure to also wash your hands. Every time you had been to the toilet you had to wait for the toilet to finish filling back up before you could wash your hands. It got quite annoying really quick. The floors and rugs were very dirty. They certainly needed a good mop and wash. While other reviews said the place was noisy and you heard the neighbours, we never had any issues with that. Anything that happens outside the door or windows could be heard very clearly inside the apartment though. The power cable to the fridge needs to be sorted. The fridge was powered using an extension cable plugged in to one of the power outlets over the kitchen bench. It then ran from there, over the bench top, down in front of a set of drawers and then to the back of the fridge. The cable was in the way every time we opened and closed any of those drawers, and they were high traffic drawers.

Ramada receptionist was expecting us, extremely professional and kind. Gave us clear instructions how to enter facility and how to vacate as we were exiting early morning. Extremely helpful!

One small idea , perhaps one or two spare blankets would help with the cool ventilation air blowing over beds at night .
