Adina Apartment Hotel Wiesbaden

Birthday ruined – noise, smoke smell, no sleep We are a couple and stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. Our room was directly below the hotel’s own bar. After midnight, the music was so loud that sleeping was impossible. Reception said there was no other room and even mentioned calling the police themselves. We waited over an hour. Only after we said we would check out did they suddenly “find” another room because a guest had not shown up. That room reeked of cigarette smoke, so badly that we still could not sleep. There was also no parking available, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout. In the end, we did not sleep at all and left the hotel at 6 a.m. The birthday was completely ruined. A hotel that cannot provide silence or a clean, smoke-free room after midnight has failed at the most basic level. We will never return.

The sauna and small swimming pool

I had an expensive room on floor 2 facing a wall. I asked to change but there was no availability. The WiFi in the room did not work and I had to go to the lobby for a teams meeting.
