Uncomfortable beds, quality of bed linen poly. Air condition only working in the bedroom. Cupboard doors very difficult to open. Only one set of keys hence difficult as family travelling

Everything was just great, starting with meeting a friendly and helpful host, who gave us the key and some useful advice on surroundings, attractions and places to eat and finishing with fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is really spacious and cosy, everything is in working order. The location is perfect - public transport, taxi, restaurants and shops - everything is there for you. Fabulous.

It was kind of noisy at night, especially on Friday and Saturday, though it's understandable because of the location.

Dirty toilet brush... literally the only thing wrong!

The location was really good and overall was a nice looking apartment.

Although the property seemed clean, our children stumbled across BED BUGS in one of the bedrooms. The response in relation to the matter left us scrambling for accommodation as the property bought forward our check out time at very short notice and no attempt to help us with alternative arrangements! We were made to use the couch as a bed for two nights (this was not a sofa bed) and no bedding was provided to us for those two nights.

Location was excellent, central to all attractions for walking and exploring. Having 2 bathrooms was ideal !

Unfortunately the building is undergoing renovation, was noisy during day and early evening, however it didn’t affect us as we were out most of the time

The location was good. Close to all amenities and metro. Not far from the river. Apartment was spacious with all we needed in the kitchen. There was one flight of steps then a lift and the apartment was on. The 3rd floor. There are two bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bath and a shower over the bath. Air conditioning units are in each bedroom and one in the lounge. I’m not sure if the one in the lounge is big enough for such a large room or if it was working correctly. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom with the single beds was good but I can’t comment on the one in bedroom with the double bed as I didn’t use this.I would book this apartment again if the mattress were changed

The single beds were hard which wasn’t comfy. Air conditioning could have been better in the lounge.

All in all it was a very nice stay. Spacious and comfy, good location. There was one problem though.

The appartment did have a significant sewage stink to it. Especially when you first walk in.
