Osoblje prijateljski raspoloženo, lokacija, parking, veličina i izgled soba, dobar doručak. Uz koju čistačicu više i topliji bazen bila bi to desetka.

Organizacijski propusti čini mi se jer je osoblje bilo jako susretljivo: 2 sata čekanje na check in, jedna čistačica nije sve stigla spremiti; problem sa grijanjem soba prve noci koji je naknadno rješen, potom je i bazen bio topliji, ulaganje u dodatni izvor grijanja bio bi mudar izbor; manjak ručnika i ogrtača na bazenu.
