A pousada tem uma área externa linda e tranquila, que dá pra relaxar, o café da manhã é excelente, com bastante variedade de comidas, mas nos quartos falta aquecedor e o chuveiro é elétrico e por isso não tem uma pressão tão boa, e na cama tem apenas um travesseiro por pessoa e que são finos. No geral, a pousada é nota 8 pela limpeza dos quartos que são novos e arejados, pelo café da manhã e pela área externa da pousada. Mas poderia ter aquecedores disponíveis para os hóspedes e também poderiam melhorar os chuveiros.

This resort is a slice of heaven hidden away in Auguas de Lindóia. The property is well maintained and there are amazing mountain views and greenery and trees. There are two horses on the property as well as several outdoor areas. This is a place where you go to relax and escape from the outside world and recharge. The staff is amazing and Michelle and her team really went out of there way to try to cater to me and make sure I was happy. I am one of those travelers that can self manage very well, and if you don't need anything, the staff leaves you be and you feel like you are in your own world at this resort. This is an older hacienda style resort, so you are not going to get luxury finishings or upgraded amenities, but the rooms are clean and safe and very spacious and simple. Internet was excelent in the room, and breakfast was served promptly every morning and was clean and delicious. I stayed for 4 days and I would have extended for many more days had I not been on a tight travel schedule. But I definitely plan to come back for a much longer stay. They do offer dinner options, but I had a rental car during my stay in Brazil and so I was driving around and going out for dinner. There are many restaurants just a few minutes drive away, and the Thermal Hot Springs (Banero Municipal) is about 8 minutes away. Perfect location, easy to get to, and a wonderful time here!

Lugar lindo, uma vista fantástica. Café da manhã com muita variedade. Há uma pessoa chamada Michele, super atenciosa. Fomos muito bem recepcionados por um rapaz.

Foi Excelente. Um café da manhã especial de cinco estrelas. Ambiente agradável e pacifico. São bem organizados. Ficamos bem a vontade!
