Excelente opção para hospedagem em Santiago. O café da manhã é muito bom e há estacionamento gratuito e coberto no hotel. Restaurante do hotel é muito bom e preços bem acessíveis.

Excelente hotel para quem está de carro! Estacionamento espaçoso e com muitas vagas! Quarto impecável correspondendo plenamente as fotos!

HOTEL BOM LOCALIZAÇÃO MUITO RUIM. BAIRRO PERIGOSO, TAMBEM TIVE DIFICULDADE DE LOCALIZAR HOTEL. NO PRIMEIRO MOMENTO, COMO CHEGUEI A NOITE, ACHEI QUE NEM EXISTISSE O HOTEL, POIS ESTA ENJAULADO DE TÃO PERIGOSO MO LOCAL.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing for several reasons. First, the room was absurdly small, leaving barely enough space to move around. To make matters worse, the air conditioning remote didn’t work, preventing me from adjusting the swing settings. The room had an awful odour and desperately needed air circulation, but the air conditioning made the tiny space unbearably cold within minutes, even at a standard setting of 24–25 degrees. This left me with two unpleasant choices: endure the horrible smell all night or freeze. Unfortunately, I caught a cold due to the cold temperature. The noise from the lift was another major issue. I could hear it clearly from inside my room throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep. The bathroom facilities were inadequate and unhygienic. They provided just one tiny bar of soap to be shared between the sink and shower—absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no shampoo provided, which is a basic amenity in any hotel. The check-in process was shockingly slow. Despite having two staff members at the reception, it took nearly 20 minutes to process just two check-ins before it was my turn. The worst part of my experience was dealing with an incredibly rude and unprofessional staff member during check-in. This arrogant older man made the process unnecessarily complicated, even though I had completed all the steps online and prepaid for my stay. He insisted that I fill out all my details on a piece

O pessoal de recepção é incrivelmente antipatico e não se preocupam com nada que os hóspedes possam pedir! Fiquei dois dias sem televisão no quarto e nunca fui atendido no meu pedido d e dois travesseiros extras para a minha coluna!

O hotel é ótimo, quartos, café, organização, área ao ar livre e chuveiro incrível - equipe gentil Decoração, amenities e toalhas são de perfeita qualidade. A localização está próxima a metrô e fácil acesso a comércio e mercado. O que não dá boa primeira impressão é o acesso até chegar refeição do hotel, mas com tantas qualidades esqueci deste detalhe
