All the staff was really nice and friendly

When going to get a cart to move out we couldn’t find any anywhere. The people that were staying were ignorant and left it in her room so nobody else could use it…spoke with management about it and explain to them. Maybe they should sign it out…we stayed on the fourth floor at the end of the hall…which was very far from the elevator, we had to take our stuff down the steps very inconvenient
