Cleanliness and bed was comfortable
As I was first time visitor to the city there was no response from the staff regarding how to reach the hotel from the airport. Staff didn’t even reply to my mail and messages sent through booking.com. I was even ready to pay the taxi if they arranged a taxi for me from the airport.

Very clean big rooms Exelent brecfast 4km from Jinan Aeroport
Transfer to aeroport is available until noon, in afternoon there is no transfer organized by hotel. Just local taxi.

- Location near Jinan airport - Kind staff in the restaurant was helping us to buy medicine.
- My colleague can smell smoking odour in the room although we booked for non-smoking room. Then need to find new room for 5 times. - Someone was trying to go into my colleague room in the late night. - Bad receptionist
