Não consegui me hospedar. Chegando na recepção fui informada que não havia quartos e que eu deveria procurar outro hotel (à noite no centro de Manaus). Mandei mensagem ao booking e não tive retorno. A empresa não cancelou a estadia pelo booking. Tive que pedir para a funcionária, no mínimo, me enviar uma mensagem pelo aplicativo. Ele fez isso depois de muita insistência.

Foi a primeira vez que estive no mural. É um bom hotel, reformado, bem limpo e espaçoso. Me surpreendeu. Com certeza ficaria lá novamente.

A localização é bem no centro antigo de Manaus, onde não tem muitas opções de alimentação e lazer próximo do hotel.
