No. 28 Contemporary beach side property with sea views

Fantastic location, easy access to the beach, free parking, lots of space including outdoor spaces, great for multi-generation visitors, beautifully decorated and well equipped . 3 bathrooms

Currently some building work going on outside the property but we were informed in advance and it didn’t really impact us too much as work was only on one day. Could do with some new pillows.

Really well decorated, loved the quirky seaside themed touches. Very cool handmade shower! Great welcome pack with loads of info. Easy parking. Great location just yards from the beach.

House was very clean inside. However outdoor sofa and table on balcony were pretty grubby, which was a shame. Building work outside front door meant pavements all dug up with dirt and diggers, which made it a bit tricky to access, but not hosts fault. Hopefully all work finished in time for next guests!

Very comfortable and well-equipped house just a stone's throw from the beach. Perfect layout for three generations to enjoy time together and celebrate a special birthday. Quiet, gated situation with easy parking. The open plan kitchen/dining area is great and the lounge is very comfortable with a balcony and sea view. The youngest members of the family loved the cubby hole and being "first on the beach" ! The rear decked terrace and garden is another good space. It's a beautifully presented house with lots of interesting artwork and quirky features.

Only one small detail, the double bed mattresses are not particularly supportive.

The instructions on how to get into the property (gated community) and then the front door were correct. The property was amazing, it has been decorated since some of the photos have been taken on the website. The view from the front of the house were great (sea and the IoW) the shared areas were all spacious and comfortable. Linen was good quality. No tea towels had been left but the owner brought some round within minutes of contacting them. Really responsive. The house is nearly on the waters edge, it was perfect

The number on the door is not clear (plaque needs renewing) but we could work it out from properties either side. The rainforest showers continually leaked but we contacted the owners who came round to review straight away. It didn't impact our stay but we didn't want it to cause any damage. The single mattresses were not great for adults but we all managed to sleep. Nothing to complain about at all, we had a great stay.

Overall, property was beautifully decorated, comfortable and fully equipped. A lot of thought had clearly gone into making sure that everything one might need was provided.

The bunk beds and the single beds downstairs were a bit creaky
