Really enjoyed my stay in this secluded area of Las Croabas.Note that the address on Expedia is far from being the exact location. Thankfully, the contact phone number answered right away, and I was texted a GPS position.Turned out even better than I had expected because I was located just a stone’s throw away from the Seven Seas Beach.I didn’t even have to use the car, I just walked to this beach with is next to a natural preserve, is guarded by the reefs from the big waves of the outer sea and has very few people.The apartment had everything one needed, even plates, cups and silverware. Beach towels were also provided. The A/C worked great, and the internet was fast. The parking spot was just in front of the building. Felt very safe.It was extremely clean as well, and one could see that the hosts had put a lot of care into this charming property.During my stay, there was an emergency on the island. This location stayed without electricity (and hence no A/C and no internet) for one day and no running water (for whatever reason) for three days. However, I was shown a garden hose faucet that still functioned intermittently presumably because of its position so low that the water still flowed to it from the water tower. Neighbors brought in basins, and there was always water either in the faucet or in a basin (or in both) so that one could wash the hands, face or dishes and flush the toilet – which is what I did there. I was also provided with bottled drinking water and refund.

Overall very good. The only negative was the toilet. It was very finicky and even when we did not put toilet paper in, it was very difficult to flush.

The property is misleadingly tiny. With your bags in the front room, there is no place to turn around without bumping in to the plastic patio furniture. Seriously, plastic patio furniture. The bed felt like a blow up air mattress with zero firmness. Completely uncomfortable for 2 people. I ended up sleeping on the floor with a blanket because the cheap mattress threw my back out. The hot water heater was anything but hot. I've lived in China and Vietnam for a number of years and used the same type of heating for the showers and this is by far the cheapest POS water heater I've ever seen. The water pressure is severely lacking and because the house is on septic, you can't flush the toilet paper, which isn't a big deal, but some people have a problem with that and by the end of our stay you could tell the difference that others flushing it and the toilet was starting to have troubles flushing. It seems like all the units 1-6 are in the same line and if 1 person screws the septic lines up, it's bad for all. On the plus side, the place was clean and tidy. Was it worth the price? Not even close.

The pictures on the website show a different apartment than this one (#4); this one is much less spacious. No hot water in either sink (only in shower where it was warm). did not have amenities it claimed to have (no toaster). MUST use Google Maps to find -- otherwise you'll NEVER find it! (Waze was inadequate)

Place was impossible to locate. GPS didn’t recognize the address. Street signs were confusing. Couldn’t find place. Had to rent another property last minute.

The room was amazing

Very clean, confortable and well stocked. Cold A/C and warm shower. It was exactly what I needed at a very fair price. As you get closer make sure to call the number sent to you. The owner will give you very precise directions to the apt.

This is our second time there. The place was great as before and I highly recommend it.

I wanted to love this place. We were in room two. It was cute and clean. However, the shower had NO water pressure; it came out as a slow drizzle. It also never got hot. After an active day, I really needed a good shower. My other issue was the hard bed.
