"Great accommodation, but very poor for coeliacs."

Lovely accommodation, clean well kept and a very good standard.

With the exception of two members of staff, they were outstanding. Whilst in a restaurant (two of us are coeliac) the staff were unwilling to modify anything and were insistent on us choosing a family plate, despite two out of four not being able to eat it. As a consequence we only ate there once. You should enlighten your staff on food allergies and the consequences of giving people food that could potentially make them ill.

Good view, location and onsen in the room. Very spacious and clean.

Pool is extra and closes at 5pm (too early).
