골드 스위트룸 설악산 전망 강추입니다! 방안에서 울산바위만 바라봐도 좋았어요! 가족들 모두 경치에 계속 감탄하면서 하루를 보냈습니다. 그리고 방마다 욕실과 화장실이 있는 점도 너무 편리했습니다.

I travelled with my parents and sister. The 3 en-suite room accommodation was spacious, offering a great balance between privacy and family time.

- The service and attitude of the receptionist and the staff at the infinity pool were disappointing. We arrived about 1.5 hours before closing time, but they kept reminding us to leave from around 45 minutes before closing. - We were also told off for not wearing beach shoes, even though the shoes made the pool floor so slippery we couldn’t stand properly. I was told I must wear them because the floor could be hot or have twigs if it’s windy — but I’m in my 50s and know when to wear shoes to avoid burning my feet! There was no wind at the time either. - The coffee shop and bakery had limited stock, and I found the convenience store prices unreasonably expensive. - I assumed it was a standard hotel when booking, but later realised guests are expected to clean the room before leaving, including sorting recycling. I wish this had been made clearer in the Booking.com description.

방의 시설이 매우 편리하였습니다

고객 써비스가 너무 형편 없었습니다. 2박3일을 있었는데 방 청소가 3박 부터였던게 너무 황당했습니다. 프론데스크 분들 교육상태가 별로 였습니다.

침대나 주방 화장실 등은 편안해요. 요즘 친환경정책에 따라 수건이 딱 인당 1장인게 아쉽지만... 아 화장실이 건식으로 운영되서 그런지 청소가 되어있어도 변기칸에서는 냄새가 조금은 나더라구여

부대시설이 있고 경치가 좋았다. 모든 가족이 만족해 했다.

식당의 다양화가 필요해보인다.(가격이 좀 붙는 건 어쩔 수 없겠지만) 워터파크의 비용이 너무 과하다는 느낌. 숙소의 위치, 객실 청결도 친절 등은 괜찮으나, 부대시설의 다양화와 가격경쟁/혹은 투숙객 어드벤티지가 좀 더 있었으면 하는 느낌.
