IQ Hotel Hannover

Überrascht gewesen wie gemütlich und schön die Einrichtung war. Größe des Zimmers hat super gepasst und das Badezimmer war ein Traum. Der Minikühlschrank hat das ganze noch abgerundet er war perfekt um ein paar Getränke zu kühlen. Die Lage ist auch super sehr zentral perfekt für jeden der die Nähe zum Zentrum schätzt da die Innenstadt fußläufig 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen ist.

They drank a lot, turned off the heating and hot water, the room doesn't have good lighting, there are no cups and a kettle, it's very difficult to open the front door, the bed linen is torn, the accommodation is located near a brothel

The whole exprience was a disaster. First we had to call and wait for an hour until someone answered and told us which room ours is. The Hotel was very dirty , Wifi didnt work in our room. There was blood stains on the pillows. Considering we were in red light district of the town, we couldnt stay there. I called an taxi and directly went to another Hotel. We couldnt stay there.

Rooms completely reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it’s advertised as non smoking. It gave me such a headache that I had to switch hotels. When I complained to the manager about it and requested a refund so I can leave, it was refused. The shower drain also didn’t work, completely blocked. The internet also didn’t work. The room itself felt dusty and dirty. A red light district down the road made it a very stretchy environment especially for a lone female traveler.
