"Expensive and small rooms but amazing breakfast"

Very friendly staff and really helpful (about the surroundings, about helping us to take a taxi, etc). The bathroom was spacious and modern with a good walk-in shower. Breakfast was absolutely magnificent (which was included in the price)! What a tasty selection, we all loved it and couldn't get enough of it.

Even though the beds were presented as large queen size beds suitable for 2 grown-ups, it was actually only 1m40 wide (in every of our 4 rooms). I explicitly send a message to ask if 2 large people could fit into one bed, and this was confirmed. Until we arrived there... You would expect more from a hotel like this (with this name and with this price per night). Apart from this the location was not really good. You had to walk about 20 to 30 mins to reach the nearest subway station. That's why we had to use a taxi seceral times. There was nothing going on in the surroundings of this hotel. Also, the rooms were a bit small and did not have enough of space for luggage. The prices of food and drinks were too high.

"Exceptional"

The hotel is fabulous and made so even more by the staff. Jenny and Stephen are generous and highly professional hosts and a pleasure to deal with. An asset to any business.

Sadly the air conditioning system seems to move air between rooms so when someone smokes we all do.

Very clean, smell fresh, modern and good ubication

Needs to have a restaurant or cafeteria, there is only a bar, there are two wines open and they are bad Maybe for such a good hotel you required a cafeteria
