"Hotel Gut, Personal schlecht."

Preis Leistung ist ok, Zimmer ist gut.

Das Personal braucht unbedingt Deutsch kurs beim Frühstückspersonal. Keine normale unifrom beim Personal jeder kann rumlaufen wie er will, die Frühstücksleiteren in Privatkleidung und flip flops geht rein raus in der Küche, und stellt Sachen und nimmt weg beim Frühstücks büfe, habe sowas noch nie gesehen , wo ist hier die Hygiene bitte ??? Personal beim Reception Ankunft können nichtmal grüssen oder hallo sagen, schauen nur auf dem Bildschirm Minutenlang bis man irgendwie mit dem Kopf nickt das wit einchecken können, sehr schlechte Erfahrung, Die Hemden vom Personal alle ungebüglet, kein standards hier vom HILTON holten , einfach nichts. Sehr sehr schwach, da sind ja die Leute in einer Kneippe besser geschult wie hier.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge rund um den Bodensee.

Das Badezimmer hatte starke Gebrauchsspuren.
