The room's location and size. It's a great property, but it will really question its listing as a 4-star hotel.

Todo; estaba muy limpio, el personal muy atento aunque no todos entendían inglés. Los cuartos excelentes. Tal cual las fotos!

El desayuno debería tener cosas un poco más continentales. Lo único que mejoraría es el tiempo para servir un plato de comida, se demoran como 1 hora.

Hôtel propre et confortable à l'extérieur d'Assouan. Le personnel est très agréable.

L'hôtel se trouve à l'extérieur de la ville, dans la nouvelle ville. Il faut donc prévoir un taxi pour se rendre au centre ou bien utiliser la navette mais qu'il faut réserver au moins une heure avant. Nous avions pris la demie pension et nous avons trouvé les repas identique s et monotones quoique copieux. Peut-être prendre à la carte pour avoir un peu plus de choix.
