Absolutely misleading after the booking website says no payment required etc, but after getting a confirmation for the booking we have been chased invariably to make advance payment....ridiculous treatment. And now without even having stayed in the hotel you expect me to send a feedback for my stay, Ha! Ha! So unprofessional
