Guests arriving after hours are required to complete their check in process at Reception in the morning. Great news! The road from Maputo to SMBC is now open. Travel between Maputo and Bilene is allowed, though delays may occur with the one-lane stop-and-go system. No travel 20:00h –05:00h. Need help? Excellent location, spectacular views, and a beautiful resort. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty on most days.

The rooms were extremely humid and stuffy, making them uncomfortable at times. There was also a strong unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain whenever water was used. The bed runner was visibly stained and did not appear clean. Towels were not replaced daily and we often had to request clean towels ourselves.

The boat house offering the water activities - the guys are helpful. The water is great. The Sandbar is also lovely, a greater variety on the menu would be interesting like tacos and oysters for example. Live entertainment would also draw people in.

The resort is beautiful! The facilities are well looked after, there are various pools around the resort to access and lots of activities on the lagoon. You can even access private beaches on the lagoon with amazing vibes. The food options were great including breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly and always helpful.

The roads leading to the resort are not great! Lots of pot holes and broken roads, make sure you travel with a 4x4. There are lots of insects at night so make sure you keep your rooms doors and windows locked, they attracted to light and will hang around your room which makes it impossible to sit outside.
