The Heights Hotel

Full of awesome folk who help into my room. Location was perfectly distances from the harbor for walking. While still being right there by the beach. Great food, great people.

Location

Girls weekend on the Cape. We stayed on second floor in building 1. Spacious room, 2 queen beds, directly across from Falmouth Town Beach. Lively restaurant on site, it was always hopping and we never heard a sound from our room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will certainly stay here again!

Clean and comfy in a good location but no hot water so no showers, not even a little warm.

The hotel reached out the day of saying there are hot water issues with the uni and they might need to rearrange our room. There ended up being with no follow up and we showered with ice cold water. They also did not respond when I reached out the next day notifying them that the hot water was still broken.

I didn’t like how the people around kept staring at us because we were black. The staff were very nice. The old man in charge of parking seemed a bit confused but whatever. Maybe too much time spent in the sun.

My brother and I were visiting family in the area . We had a great time at the hotel and restaurant . . Our room was nicely furnished and the beds were so comfortable !! I’m planning a trip back and so is he . Thank you for a great stay !!

Great place! Loved John at the office - he was amazing!

The area it was located in was very nice. It was great that there was a restaurant right in front of the hotel but it did make it a little loud at night considering the room was bottom floor right in the back of the restaurant. Parking was a little confusing also because you received a pass with you room number corresponding to a parking spot but it didn't seem to matter. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.
