Otelde yatak çarşafları temiz,tuvalette ki klozet kapağı koptu kopacak,çalışanlar nasıl görmezler(oda 204),kahvaltı cok zayıf,hava cok soğuktu ama iyi ısıtılıyordu

Skuffene i garderobeskapet var ødelagt. De kunne reparere dem før gjestene kommer til rommet.

Otelin konumu, çalışanların sıcaklığı çok iyiydi ama oda temizliği çok iyi değildi.

Bir gecelik yol üzeri kaldık. Temiz ve aile için genişti. Personel yardımseverdi. Mevlanaya bir dakika mesafede olmasıda ayrı güzeldi

Location is good. But its a new hotel, so many sounds of people working. İ wish they had carpet bcs it so cold on the tiles

Its location & value

- Not comfortable (bed is poor, not lifts and my room was on the 3rd floor). - Opportunistic and rude management, upon my checkin I found that they are giving me a single bed although my booking confirmation shows a double bed. When I discussed this with them, they told your options are either you upgrade and pay more to get the double bed room or cancel your reservation (which was non-refundable). So I told them I will call booking.com customer service to troubleshoot this. When they saw me doing so in the middle of my waiting time on the call they told me you can close the line and you will get the double bed room without paying extra. Obviously, they were not professional and opportunistic. - Breakfast was so poor. Only one egg, and the rest are tiny portions. Also no coffee!! - Most of the rooms are terribly filled with the smell of smoking. - Not enough room-space: my room was so small that I even wasn’t able to open my bag on the floor. Every time I wanted to open it, it had to be on the bed then close and store it standing in the narrow entrance corridor.

Staff was very friendly and helpful very trust worthy next time i will come to konya i will book same hotel .
