The hotel reception service staff were exceptional! We were received with due care and attention. One of our group members felt poorly and the hotel staff catered to our needs. The breakfast which was included in our booking was amazing for the price. Great location as good proximity to the town centre for us (we had a car). The hotel pool service were brilliant! I will absolutely be coming back here again when I return with family in the future.

Only regret was that My stay here was too short! We split our visit between Sarajevo and Mostar. I wish I could have extended for a little while longer in Mostar.
