ロケーション、部屋の充実度。 初めての宮古島ですてきな体験ができました！！ お部屋がすてきだったので、急遽ディナーを予約しましたが、その対応も丁寧かつ迅速でありました。 感謝です。また旅行の目的をお伝えするとすてきなプレゼントが、、、！ ありがとうございました！

よくないわけではないのですが、朝食を2日いただきました。 前日の夕食で見たものもあったかな、、、？ 当然ですが、、、。と思いました！ ただとってもおいしかったです！

ロケーションと雰囲気

ウォシュレットが壊れている位に弱い、強く出来なかった。風呂の水を流すとスリッパがびしょびしょになる。水が奥に流れる方が良い。シャワーの勝手が普通の逆に感じた。温度調整は左側で出したり止めたりは右が、操作しやすい。

お部屋も清潔で良かったです。３泊だったのでエコ？で掃除無しにしたらアイスやワンドリンクなどサービス券が貰えて楽しめました。また行きたいです！

Breakfast and dinner are both incredibly good. Facilities are top-notch. Staff are excellent. Good communication by the hotel. All-in-all, an idyllic place!

Loud buzzing throughout the day outside (I think caused by the machine that operates the pool?) made it less pleasant to sit outside by the pool. Could also be heard indoors. Luckily it turned off at night so didn't disturb sleep.

The service was impeccable. The views amazing. We staying in a Royal suite villa and it was fantastic. My massages at the spa were excellent. I would Highly recommend Miyuki. She is an excellent therapist. And all the staff treated us so well. Especially our waitress Diane. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
