Nothing to like in property

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and paid. But checked out in one day because of worst room..even I couldn't get refund and get loss for one day.. The bed sheets are oily when we checked in and get bad smell.. Fans are not working... No cable connection in TV...No cleaning in room and bath room.. I didn't see this poor in before

New bedsheets must be used.

The size of the room was big along with the balcony.They serviced the air conditioning during my stay. Requested for additional sheets and pillows, reception and housekeeping staff are very helpful

Old broken furniture, cockroaches in the bathroom, mouldy bathroom ceiling, old dirty pillows wrapped in clean pillow covers

The communication was pretty straightforward.

The sheets and the room in general could have been arranged in a cleaner manner

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions. It was clean, stylish. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. ..

hotel location was good for business men because all market and staion are near to this hotel. room was very fine and comfortable. but there are one problem that is room service and food both are very poor quality. so overall my experience in term of money was good.
