The staff was nice and helpful. They were polite. The room was also neat and clean and the ambience was well maintained.

Check-in was not smooth. It took a little time for the staff to arrange the room.

Location was good. Food was good.

Cleaning need to improve, Ac water sinks within the room, washroom watter leaks on floor, no sandals available in room, even dental kit was not there. Rest is fine.
