Staff service was not good. Didn’t feel pleasant at all. They didn’t serve welcome drink which was in my package.

The dinning area was chaos, tables were not cleared when people were not sitting there. Had to go and sit in the outside heat to have my breakfast

Spa was really good

No hairdryer ,needed to call multiple times to get it. Attention to detail was not good for the name Raddison it was quite disappointing. Staff not properly trained . Everything closes early like pool and bar . Didn’t get 15% off on spa even though it was mentioned.

Not well maintained and bathroom fixtures were broken or leaking Everything has gotten quite old and therefore in desperate need of refurbishing

Room was not upto Radisson standard.
