The Barclay Apartment

The apartment was fabulous. The host met me to explain the entry and amenities. Easily contacted to ask any questions and extremely accommodating. The standard of the apartment was exceptional. The location was perfect for trains, buses, taxis and I would highly recommend.

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Beds very comfy, and the steam room and jacuzzi bath was a hit also. Lovely place to stay.

The apartment was exceptional. Absolutely stunning inside and perfect location. One minute walk from bus station and 4-5 minutes from centre of town. Every room was superb, and what can you say about the Shower room / steam room area. Out of this world.

I did send a text to the host, to say we had absolutely zero to complain about. Nothing NOT to like about this place.

The apartment was just lovely, very well decorated very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and a nice coffee machine and the steam room was the icing on the cake 10/10

Could not find a corkscrew so that might have been me not looking hard enough or could be wee thing to add to the cutlery drawer

This is one of the most exceptional properties I have stayed in. Everything was of the highest quality including the many splendid works of art and ornaments. The beds were large and very comfortable. There were TVs in the living room and both bedrooms from which Netflix could be accessed. There was everything that you could possibly need and more. It was high tech and included a steam room which was thoroughly enjoyed. The whole apartment was pristine. There was a helpful folder giving information about the apartment and local amenities. The location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the centre of Perth, 3 minute walk to the train station and 1 minute to the bus station. Lawrence was an excellent and helpful host. I would very much want to return.

The property is exceptional! It felt like we’d walked into a brand new apartment; everything was luxurious and the attention to detail is most notable. You’ll know exactly what I mean when you get there! The facilities are high-quality and the apartment is spacious; lovely entrance with stairs that take you up to the main living space. A highlight for me was the steam room & amazing shower room. Parking is great too - ignore the signs re ‘clamping’ as the property is linked to the Bathroom Company. Parking is handy and just a minute away from the apartment door.

I couldn’t fault this apartment at all. I didn’t like having to leave!
