Eden Suite Sasco Apartments

Great location, well decorated and very modern and good amenities generally. Location was excellent and within walking distance of most areas of interest.

Nothing we didn’t like, only feedback was that the code operated lock battery was low and this was hard to use, this was a little inconvenient as it was the only way to access the property.

We didn't get the code to get in until we had been there 20 mins in the rain. Sink broken. Sofa bed back wouldn't go down so my daughterhad to sleep sat up. I had to go out at 10pm ( as we got there at 9pm) to get batteries for the remotes that didn't work. Daughter was in the bath, tuned the jets on and loads of black mould filled the bath. All the plates/dishes/cutlery were filthy. I had to use a little hand shower because the big shower didn't work. Had asked for late check out, didn't get back to me. Was told in the morning that I couldn't have late check out. Then after we left I got a message saying we could have late checkout. All the walls were mucky. Coasters stuck to the table. Toilet roll holder fell off. No bin bags for the bin that had a hole in it. I've never mentioned anything wrong with a hotel in my life. We go all over the country for cheerleading. There have been a few issues but I have never mentioned them or moaned. This apartment was a joke. One thing after another!

Perfect location just a couple of minutes away from the train station, close to the town centre! The apartment was very clean & had everything that we needed.
