It was very cosy and clean and it was in a good location, near to local amenities. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It felt a little chilly at night in the room with no obvious way to change the temperature. It was a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre to have our breakfast in the cafe there each morning. It wasn’t hugely problematic but not ideal. The breakfast was lovely though.

Huoneen valaistus ei ollut riittävä kaamosaikaan. Sisällä ei juuri nähnyt etsiä tavaroita,vaikka sängyn lamppu oli päällä. Ulkonakin oli pimeää , joten sieltä ei tullut Valoa. Verhoja ei muutenkaan voinut pitää auki , koska sisälle olisi näkynyt . Huone oli siis katutasolla. Puolen tunnin saunavuoro oli aivan liian lyhyt. 45 min olisi ollut riittävä. Pukuhuoneen ovea ei saatu lukittua. Kuka tahansa olisi voinut tulla sisälle käytävästä.

Sijainti aivan keskustassa lähellä bussipysäkkiä oli hieno asia saapuessa pitkästä matkasta. Huoneella oli 30 min. oma saunavuoro, jonne saapuessa oli mukava mennä peseytymään. Saunatilat olivat siistit ja mukavat, huone keloseinineen tunnelmallinen. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi. Aamiainen kauppakeskus Kuukkelissa oli monipuolinen. Löytötavarapalvelu toimi.

Huoneessa oli ohuet seinät, joten naapurihuoneista kuuluivat selvästi kaikki, varsinkin yölliset, elämisen äänet. Aamiaisella olisi voinut olla enemmän kasvissyöjille ja vegaaneille sopivaa tarjontaa. Nyt oli vain kahta vihannesta, omenaa, kaurapuuroa ja marjoja. Huone on hotellihuone, ei ruoanlaittomahdollisuutta.

Très confortable. L’hôte était très réactif.

Le sauna ne faisait pas beaucoup de chaleur et nous ne pouvions pas toucher la chaleur d’après les règles.

Rooms looked exactly like on pictures, cosy warm with walls made from real wood beams. Sauna was great, spacious with a wooden balcony full of snow to cool off

Overpriced for what it is. The reception is at the counter of the large supermarket and the breakfast room place is just one of the areas in that supermarket. With the instant coffees and microwave in the hall, also 30 min fixed for a room sauna slot overall gives a feeling of a 3 * DYI hostel at the airport. While the price is of course not. All of that could have been easily improved

The log cabin is really fantastic. It’s really clean and we really enjoy the stay. The breakfast was very good. Love the meat ball.

Honestly speaking, if not because the checking in and out got to be done in the shopping centre, I would have given this place full mark. Can you imagine after getting off from the bus at the bus stop near the Holiday Club, pulling the luggages on deep snow to the shopping centre, although it’s only 350m ? And after registration you would need to drag again your luggages in the deep snow back to the cabin near Holiday Club. It’s totally not efficient at all to the guests. Same thing for the check out, you still need to walk in the snow back to the shopping centre. I can see that your cabins have lots of potential. Hopefully you would come out with a better system for check in and out.

booking.com did not mentioned its only a room and you have to pick up a key from shopping center. breakfast also not at the hotel but in shopping center a km away from hotel room. shower was leaking very badly.
