We know that things happen. Our sink was stopped up. We didn't notice until we were well settled in so didn't call maintenance, who we're confident would have responded. However, this situation was surely noticed by housekeeping. The hotel needs to advise their housekeeping staff to inform them of problems. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Although it had eggs and bacon, it was very limited in its other offering. For a place that was as expensive as this was, and claims to be under the Hilton umbrella, it was no great shakes.

Everything from check in to the area around the property was good. 10 minutes up the street, you’ll find a Walmart, Applebees, Kroger, and a few other fast food places.

Room was not clean, and staff were extremely rude!

The staff both at night and in the morning were extremely rude and didn’t seem knowledgeable! Both times they had to call someone for assistance. When we entered the room there was urine and blood on the toilet seat from whoever stayed in the room previously. I noticed after staying the first night there was something on the sheets so my husband went down and requested that the sheets be changed and they told us housekeeping had already left and that wasn’t possible. I had to ask twice for extra towels and wash rags because we were only given 2 and when I asked the front desk for extra it seemed to be a problem. This has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had! There were several rooms blocked off for my son’s wedding and had I known it was going to be this bad we definitely would have recommended another hotel for the guests! I booked late and didn’t even get the discount.
