Blue Luxury Kukulkan

The Penthouse was amazing. Our family of five loved it. There was room enough to all of us, the apartment was full of light and the roof terrace was just the best with a small pool of our own. We also used the shared pool downstairs, because it was big enough to do some exercise swimming too. The car is needed, but it wasn’t a problem for us. We would definitely choose this place again!

It's a lovely property, but it's in an area that's being developed. The short road to the entry from the main road is gravel with a small lake in the middle and lots of mud. It's about 2.5 miles from teh beach and 1+ mile from the downtown main street. Rent bikes, a scooter, or a car or you will have to take taxis at night- the main road is unsafe after dark. I wish the unit had lamps or something- the lighting was harsh (only can lights that madeit feel like a departmetn store), but otherwise, its great. Pool was too cold for getting in, but was lovely to lounge next to.

Amazing hotel just keep in mind if you don’t have a scooter or rent a car, it’s a 2 mile walk to town
