The Nook - Farm Park Stay with Hot Tub & Dome

Location - Away from hustle and bustle. Outdoor Facilities - The Hot Tub: Perfect. The temperature was perfect (although controls were locked to be able to lower), the outdoor dome would be lovely to utilise for eating outside (although could do with airing/wiping down but weather has been awful in Wales), fire pit with heat logs provided with bench to sit by open fire & BBQ with charcoal provided- We didn’t utilise the BBQ or the doom for eating but would be great in warmer months etc. The view from the rear of the Nook is tranquil - I would have loved to have had a clear night to see the stars etc - It’s a working farm so expect the grounds surrounding not to be immaculate. Staff - Very helpful with advice on nearest pub/shop etc and informing us of the logs for fire pit/charcoal for BBQ/hot tub instructions etc (They supplied everything needed such as towel/tea towel/washing up liquid/toilet roll/dish cloth etc - Which was great too) Accommodation - Everything you would need is provided. You just need to bring your personal belongings, food & drink.

Accommodation - It needs some TLC. It would benefit from having a fresh coat of paint. The furniture is useable/clean but dated but this wouldn’t put me off staying here again. The bedding & towels were clean & fresh. The bed however is a small double due to the size of accommodation so we didn’t have the best of sleep (even resorted to top & tail) but again this wouldn’t stop me returning as I enjoyed how calm and peaceful it was and was able to switch off from home/work. I think with investment into the surrounding areas/accommodation etc that this could be so much better but then clients would be expecting to pay a lot more than it’s currently marketed at. I would return - What I didn’t like is feedback to the host to make improvements not to let standards slip.

Great location, secluded and peaceful. Perfect to unwind after a busy week. The Hot Tub was the plus we needed! We'll come back for sure!

Lovely area and hotel room. Hot tub was also a bonus. Definitely looking at returning for a longer time! Easy to locate too.
