Rooms were good. The kids loved the pool at the top... and the view is great from there. The breakfast was really good and the staff outstandingly friendly.

All was great at the hotel. The one thing I would suggest, is that the hotels together, put more effort to convince the local authorities to improve the cleanness of the beaches (right in front of the hotel). A lot of litter around, which could be an easy win for Goa and the whole tourism sector.

The breakfast buffet service sprung to life on our second day, when Uday joined back from his leave. Prompt attitude and does supervise others effectively. Alankar was a treat to interact with. How can he manage a smile always on his face. Saif was good at his work as well. The rooms with Beach + City view were good

The first day we were given a room, which did not have the exhaust working in the bathroom, which we figured the next morning. The maintenance person also did the light paper test, and confirmed something is faulty. Though the reception did move us to the executive room, which was helpful but our timings on the first morning delayed that what we expected compensated though

The team at hotel Vivante is amazing. Sorabh the manager goes above and beyond to make sure the food is prepared to the entire satisfaction of the guests. The chefs, servers, reception staff are very courteous and professional and welcoming. They all helped us to make our 50th class reunion enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks again Sorabh and team. You are amazing 👏
