The management at this location is terrible. I don't cate how long you e been working for fakestone properties. your know of marriott and fosse is child like. Your response and actions to a working woman that is not on section 8, welfare, and child support to survive is worst I've ever seen. This woman doesn't deserve her job or her title. And what is that fishy smell at the desk? The day I arrived it smelled like a fish exploded on the desk. And the night auditor that helped me that night is from other properties. She's not even close to being a guest service representative she's more like the opposite. She exists to hurt and hate on black women like me. That's why she's there. She is not real. She should also be fired. I should never have to ask a woman,working woman have my personal business exploited at the desk. It's a strong NO on several marriott emotes that exist there to hinder and cause problems for woman like me. There is no day in the world that I deserve to be treated that way. No where. My wishlist is for Steven the ex manager at towneplace suites should never be a manager again. The woman general mager at fairfield inn west chester should suffer the same fate. Ms. Lady youre in the wrong industry. I feel sorry for all your employees. You're not a manager you belong in the prison in the industry with Steven. Please replace them.

"Good location. Felt safe."

Liked location and staff very friendly. Liked that there was no carpet.

Light by bed and phone jack in bedside table were broken. Did not report because of a time factor. Shower needed recaulking. There was mold. Could use a small ramp in back to actually get rolling cart all the way to trunk of car.

I will not stau anywhere else. After an experience i had last spring at a different hotal chain. I will never stay anywhere else. I will maintain my loyalty to fairfield inn and suites no matter what state Im in. Im grandchildren and my children enjoy when we stay here and we never have any problems
