Air conditioning in room kept turning off so during the night the temperature was unbearable. No window opening. Shower screen inadequate so floor very wet.

The location was great, nice and central. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The waterfall shower however lovely is not great for when a woman needs to wash everything... and apart from filling up the bath it felt difficult to wash our toddler, we also found that the piece of folding glass screen for the shower was missing a seal at the bottom which meant the bathroom practically flooded when you had a shower. Furthermore the fridge was not cold so using the milk we had brought with us was not kept cool and without taking the bottle of milk downstairs to the bar the only way to warm it was with a kettle.

Perfect location ! Rooms spotless staff fantastic ! Our only complaint was breakfast was cold. Complained and got a refund. Would definitely stay here again
