Lovely hotel in the heart of Chester. It was a great location for exploring! The staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming, Carla on check in was lovely and very helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel which was also very nice. Room was comfy and clean with air conditioning which was a life saver in the hot weather.

The single bed in the room was on wheels so it kept rolling about.

Location was just perfect for us. Right next to shops, restaurants and bars.

There was nothing not to like really. If picky, we'd have loved some cocktails on offer in the bar, but that's not a complaint 🙂
